First, there was the snowstorm, the crowd was very thin. Not the bands fault of course.
Now for my pukingly glowing review and a little background on the Jody Lee Petty Band.
Who is this guy? Former model, Milan, Paris.. dozens of commercials. Even a regular guest on the daytime Soap Opera “Passions” (now cancelled).
Now, onto his music! Think County meets Kid Rock. Stage performance was one of the best I’ve seen yet. All band members included in that statement. Vocals, Wow (the guy can sing). His original “Wake me up in Carolina”. Amazing!
Since the crowd was thin due to the snow storm, Jody Lee picked up on the need to add something a little extra…. (an indoor snowball fight)! Not sure how Johnny & Junes felt about it, the crowd certainly loved it!
Look for major news on this band real soon. They know exactly what an audience wants and the talent to back it up. A little bad boy edge isn’t alway’s bad.
