No Justice/South 40 at Lucky Maggies in Diamond, MO
No Justice – Country/Rock
When you think of the name No Justice and music, you think of something that someone got away with and someone thinking that they didn’t get justice. I am here to tell you that the name Steve Rice and Co chose, does them “No Justice”. From great vocals, stellar drum beats, and electric riffs, No Justice brings a taste of Midwest Red Dirt Flavor to your front door. Steve, Joey, and the gang bring a presence about them that will have you wanting to chant “Encore, Encore” after they walk off the set. You can definitely feel the love from their fans at the show at Lucky Maggie’s as they crowded the stage. The mix of old and new songs made the night very enjoyable. If you get a chance to see No Justice in concert, I highly recommend it. Find them on Facebook, and Twitter, etc and become a fan now. They won’t disappoint!

South 40 – Country/Rock
South 40 was a name that caught me by surprise, coming out of the state of Oklahoma; they had a taste of old country with a hot mix of electric and steel guitar. With a very distinct voice, lead singer Jay Falkner delivers the music as it was meant to be made, from the heart with feeling. The music was an expertly mixed array of slow ballads and upbeat foot stomping good times. The music by South 40 is sure to make the next stage. Make sure you come out and support them if you ever see them in your neck of the woods – for when you do you won’t be disappointed.
